There is space to park several cars. One car can park adjacent to a paved area, 4m from the front door. Entrance is by way of one step. The cottage is well illuminated.

The ground floor is on one level, except for one step from the lounge into the sunroom. The ground floor is a wood finish with several rugs. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first floor.

There are 12 stairs, with a ninety degree turn on the second step, and a small landing before the top step. The stairs, landing and bedrooms are carpeted. The bath and shower rooms are tiled. Grab rails are fitted.
